This transaction introduced an innovative structure for the ramp-up and revolving of the underlying receivables, effectively allowing the daily revolving of mentioned underlying assets.<\/p>\n<p>This mechanism enables the CRA issuance to operate in a manner like an investment fund, with the added advantage that its tax benefits for eligible investors do not require a minimum number of participants in the transaction, nor impose maximum exposure limits to the security for mentioned investors, as is the case for agribusiness investment funds (FIAGRO), for example.<\/p>\n<p>VBSO relied on partner\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Alves Ribeiro Junior<\/strong>\u00a0and associates <strong>Leonardo Sampaio Pontes<\/strong>, <strong>Jessica Esp\u00edndola de Oliveira<\/strong>, <strong>Raphael Martire Rocha<\/strong>, <strong>Barbara Gon\u00e7alves<\/strong>, <strong>Giulia Esposito Barthem<\/strong> and <strong>Lu\u00eds Gustavo de Almeida<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VBSO Advogados\u00a0advised\u00a0Ceres Securitizadora\u00a0on its 42nd issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates.
