The agribusiness receivables certificates were backed by credit rights assigned by NB M\u00e1quinas.<\/p>\n<p>The offering was intermediated by Ita\u00fa BBA Assessoria Financeira. The total amount of the offering was BRL 150 million.<\/p>\n<p>NB M\u00e1quinas is one of Brazil\u2019s leading manufacturers of agricultural implements. With units in Itapira and S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Boa Vista, the company produces equipment for the agricultural sector and sells its products in Brazil and in more than 50 countries.
