Diogo Olm Ferreira<\/strong><\/a> holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law from USP and advises companies on complex tax issues, both from a consultative and litigious perspective. He has distinguished himself in addressing specific issues related to the energy sector and in analyzing the tax impacts on infrastructure projects and the structuring of financial investments, including through the use of tokenization mechanisms.<\/p>\n Vinicius Caccavali<\/strong><\/a> holds a Master\u2019s degree in Tax Law from FGV, a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law from Mackenzie, and has Specializations from Insper and FIPECAFI. He has been practicing Tax Law for over 15 years, especially in matters involving administrative and judicial proceedings.
