VBSO advises on Tradepay FIDC 10th series backed by Trademaster

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in connection with the public offering of the 10th series of senior-class quotas issued by FIDC Tradepay Varejo I – Responsabilidade Limitada, which invests in receivables assigned by Trademaster Instituição de Pagamento, Serviços e Participações S.A.

Trademaster is a Brazilian company operating in the B2B credit segment. It enables manufacturers and distributors to increase their sales by providing credit limits and extended payment terms to retailers. With proprietary technology, it combines a powerful credit model with a virtual payment platform that is fully integrated into its order-to-cash process.

The deal was led by partners Erik Oioli and José Alves Ribeiro and associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Barbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem and Luís Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
