VBSO advises BTG on structuring and public offering of Artesanal CDI+ FICFIDC

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the structuring and public offering of the 1st issuance of quotas by Artesanal BTG CDI+ FICFIDC Responsabilidade Limitada.

The FICFIDC invests exclusively in shares of the Artesanal Crédito Estruturado II FIDC Responsabilidade Limitada (“Target Fund”). The Target Fund actively seeks investment opportunities in fixed income assets with returns higher than the CDI.

The Deal was led by partners Erik Oioli and José Alves Ribeiro and associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Barbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem and Luís Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
