Santos Neto and VBSO advises on CRA’s issuance of Grupo JB

Santos Neto Advogados advises Grupo JB on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 72th issue of True Securitizadora, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Companhia Alcoolquímica Nacional, as per CVM 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite. Distribution of CRAs was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Banco Bocom BBM and Banco Itaú BBA.

The total amount of the issue was R$ 150,000,000.00.

Santos Neto Advogados relied on partner Matheus Zilioti; associates Henrique Takeda, Fabrício Galvano and trainee Thaiany Gomes.

VBSO Advogados advises Banco Bocom BBM and Itaú BBA and relied on partner Marcelo Winter, associate Felipe Facure de Vitor Araujo and trainee Carlos Aurélio Magalhães Melo.
