VBSO advises on Orígeo’s issuance operation

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in connection with the 3rd securitization transaction backed by credit rights assigned by Orígeo Comércio de Produtos Agropecuários.

The deal involved the issuance of receivables certificates by Opea Securitizadora, which were publicly offered to professional investors. Itau BBA Assessoria Financeira acted as the single bookrunner of the offering. Origeo is a joint venture of Bunge and NPL that distributes agricultural inputs to Brazilian rural producers.

VBSO relied on partners Erik Oioli and José Alves Ribeiro and associates Leonardo Aguiar Sampaio Pontes, Guilherme Pereira Rodrigues Vieira, Raphael Martire Rocha, Barbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem and Luís Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
