Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2024). Victoria has extensive experience in the capital markets sector, working on public distribution offerings of debt securities in Brazil (debentures, commercial notes, real estate receivables certificates, agribusiness receivables certificates) and abroad (bonds), as well as public distribution offerings of investment fund quotas. Her responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documents and contracts, as well as preparing reports, spreadsheets, and task lists.
