Has been practicing since 2017 in Capital Markets, Transactional Law, and Banking Law, advising domestic and international clients on the structuring of fundraising transactions in the fixed income and equity markets.
Her experience includes debt securities issuances, securitizations, project finance, and secured structures, as well as the incorporation and licensing of financial institutions. She also works on transactions involving investment funds and maintains a regular liaison with regulatory bodies, including the CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil, and ANBIMA.
She brings international experience as a Visiting Attorney at the International Finance Corporation (IFC – World Bank Group) in Washington, D.C., where she focused on the legal and regulatory analysis of structured finance and debt and equity investments across Latin America, Africa, and the United States.
