VBSO represents Banco Voiter in capital increase operation

VBSO Advogados represented controlling shareholder of Banco Voiter in the negotiation of an agreement with the controllers of the Qual Group.

The agreement encompasses the expansion of Banco Voiter’s presence in the consigned credit sector through a partnership with the Qual Group; a capital increase for Banco Voiter, valued at R$ 100 million, to be executed by the Qual Group; and the acquisition of controlling interest in Banco Voiter by the Qual Group.

This operation paves the way for the growth of Banco Voiter in the consigned credit market, facilitating portfolio diversification and the complete vertical integration of Qual Group’s operations, resulting in synergistic gains and streamlined activities.

Banco Voiter boasts a financial legacy of over 45 years in the Brazilian credit market, with total assets approximating R$ 4 billion and net equity of roughly R$ 430 million.

VBSO relied on led partner Renata Simon and partner Paulo Vaz, with contributions from lawyers Rodrigo Felli Paes de Barros and Gabriel Arisa.
