VBSO assists in the public offering of CRA for NB Máquinas

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the public offering of agribusiness receivables certificates from the 159th issuance by Opea Securitizadora. The agribusiness receivables certificates were backed by credit rights assigned by NB Máquinas.

The offering was intermediated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira. The total amount of the offering was BRL 150 million.

NB Máquinas is one of Brazil’s leading manufacturers of agricultural implements. With units in Itapira and São João da Boa Vista, the company produces equipment for the agricultural sector and sells its products in Brazil and in more than 50 countries. Its portfolio includes solutions for a variety of needs in the field, with frequent launches of new equipment.
