VBSO Advogados advises Banco Safra in R$100 million CRI issuance by Nortis

VBSO Advogados advised Banco Safra in the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs), in a single series, of the 440th issuance by Opea Securitizadora, in the total amount of R$100 million. The transaction involved Nortis Incorporadora e Construtora as the debtor company.

The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure, without prior analysis, and was exclusively directed to qualified investors, in accordance with CVM Resolution 160.

The VBSO Advogados team included partner José Alves Ribeiro Jr. and associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Rebeca de Barros Alves, Guilherme Pereira Rodrigues Vieira, Raphael Martire Rocha, Bárbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem, and Luis Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
