VBSO advises on structuring a R$400 million syndicated loan

VBSO Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brasil) and Itaú Unibanco on the legal structuring of a syndicated loan of BRL 400 million, to be granted by the Creditors to the State of Bahia, a public legal entity.

The funds raised through the Syndicated Loan will be used by the state to finance investments planned in the Multi-Year Plan and in the annual Budgets of the State in the area of Public Security.
