VBSO advise on the Giga Mais Fibra issue

VBSO and Stocche Forbes advised on the public offering of the 9th (ninth) issuance of debentures by Giga Mais Fibra Telecomunicações, pursuant to CVM 160, in three series, two of which benefit from the tax incentives provided for in Law No. 12,431/2011, in the total amount of BRL 750 million.
