VBSO advise on issuance of FIDC Crédito Nitro Agro

VBSO Advogados advised on the issuance and public offering of senior quotas of the 2nd series, of the Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Crédito Nitro Agro, managed by Opea Gestora de Recursos and administered by Vórtx distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.

The offer was intermediated and coordinated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, under CVM 160 and the transaction value was BRL 150 million.
