VBSO act on the issuance and public offering of quotas of Frimesa

VBSO Advogados advised on the issuance and public offering of quotas of Frimesa Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Responsabilidade Limitada, a receivables investment fund, established in a single class, managed by Opea Gestora de Recursos and administered by Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.

The offer was intermediated and coordinated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira and totaling BRL 160 million was under CVM 160.
