Since 2017, VBSO Advogados has supported the HeForShe movement for gender equality created by UN Women. In 2023, we officially joined the community of companies signatories to the UN Women’s Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
We encourage applications from individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community and from all ages, genders, and races in our recruitment processes, which include anonymized tests to avoid unconscious biases. We have created inclusive forms that respect diversity during the admission stages. We also have an open grievance channel for all employees to ensure a direct and anonymous reporting system. Our office provides a gender-neutral bathroom option. We have an internal committee responsible for developing initiatives, promoting lectures, and providing informational materials on diversity issues.
