Since 2017, has been active in the areas of capital markets, transactional law, and banking law. She has advised both domestic and international clients across various sectors in structuring transactions and raising capital in both fixed income and equity markets, including through securitization vehicles and investment funds in diverse economic sectors. She also provides counsel on the establishment and authorization of financial institutions.
