He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of São Paulo, completed in 2010. With over ten years of experience in financial and capital markets transactions, he has advised financial institutions on banking law matters and Project Finance operations. In the capital markets, he has assisted with the issuance of shares, promissory notes, debentures, Real Estate Receivables Certificates, Agribusiness Receivables Certificates, in both public and restricted offerings. He has structured numerous investment funds, including credit rights investment funds, real estate investment funds, and private equity funds. He has experience in administrative defenses before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil and has advised various clients on obtaining registrations as securities portfolio managers or financial institutions.
