José Afonso Leirião Filho

Master’s student in Commercial Law at PUC/SP and LL.M in Business Law from CEU Law School. He is a professor at Insper and IBDA. Specializes in business conflict resolution and credit recovery with a focus on agribusiness. He is a member of the Permanent Commission on Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP). He is the author of several articles on judicial recovery and agribusiness published in books and specialized journals.
